配送希望日時の指定について

◎宅配便にてご注文商品を配送いたします。
◎配送希望日および配送希望時間帯のご指定は、ショッピングカートよりご指定いただけます。

【配送希望日】ご注文日より４日後からご指定可

【配送希望時間帯】午前中 ／ 14‐16 ／ 16‐18 ／ 18‐20 ／ 19‐21　 からご指定可

◎期間限定商品は、商品詳細ページに記載の配送期間内の日程から配送希望日をご指定下さい。

◎母の日やクリスマスなどイベントの商品は、商品詳細ページに記載の決められた配送期間内での配送となり配送希望日をご指定いただけませんが、配送希望時間帯のご指定のみ承ります。

◎配送日のご指定がない場合はご注文確定後、順次発送いたします。（通常4日後発送。一部離島を除く）

◎商品によって配送先や配送希望日時を分けたい場合は、ご注文商品を配送先・配送希望日時ごとに分けてお申し込み下さい。

◎配送について連絡事項がございましたら、ショッピングカートの備考欄へご記入ください。内容確認の連絡を差し上げる場合がございます。

◎配送希望日時をご指定の場合でも、地域や災害、ご注文時期の繁忙状況、配送業者の都合等によって、ご指定日時に配送出来ない場合がございますのでご了承ください。その場合はお申込み後にご連絡をさせていただくことがございます。

配送料金について

配送先が同じでも商品１点につき１件の配送料を申し受けます。

◎上記はオンラインショップでのご注文いただいた場合の送料です。お電話・ＦＡＸ・メールでご注文いただいた場合は送料が異なりますのでお問い合わせください。

ご不在時の対応について

◎お届け先様がご不在の場合は宅配業者が不在票を投函し、お届け先様からご連絡いただき次第再配送をいたします。お届け先様ご不在でお受け取りいただけなかった場合、ご注文主様にご連絡いたします。

◎不在票及び再配送の有効期限はお届け日を含め2日間とさせていただいており、商品の性質上3日以上経ってからの再配送は致しかねます。なお、お受け取りいただけなかった場合でも商品代金及び送料は頂戴いたします。その後１ヶ月以内の同届け先への再手配につきましては、ご注文時の同商品もしくは同額商品に限り商品代金の半額と送料で承ります。

◎商品詳細ページにて【東京23区限定配送商品】の表示のある商品につきましては、それ以外の区域へのご注文を承ることができませんのでご了承ください。

About specifying the desired delivery date and time

・We will deliver the ordered products by courier service.

・Please specify the desired delivery date and time from the shopping cart.

Desired delivery date: Can be specified from 4 days after the order date

Preferred delivery time: -12:00, 14:00-16:00, 16:00-18:00, 18:00-20:00, 19:00-21:00

・Limited-time products will be delivered within the delivery period specified on the product detail page, and you cannot specify the desired delivery date, but you can only specify the desired delivery time.

・For limited-time products, please specify the desired delivery date from the schedule within the delivery period described on the product detail page.

・Products for events such as Mother's Day and Christmas will be delivered within the delivery period specified on the product detail page.

・If you do not specify a delivery date, we will ship the products in order after the order is confirmed. (Usually ships in 4 days. Except for some remote islands)

・If you want to separate the delivery destination and desired delivery date and time for each product, please separate the ordered products by delivery destination and desired delivery date and time.

・If you have any questions about shipping, please fill them out in the remarks column of the shopping cart. We may contact you to confirm the content.

・Please note that even if you specify the desired delivery date and time, it may not be possible to deliver on the specified date and time due to the delivery area, disaster, busy situation at the time of ordering, convenience of the delivery company, etc. In that case, we may contact you after you apply.

About shipping fee

Even if the shipping address is the same, one shipping fee will be charged for each item.

About correspondence when you are absent

・If the recipient is not present, the courier will post a notice of absence and redelivery will be made as soon as the recipient contacts us. If you are unable to receive the order due to the absence of the recipient, we will contact the person who placed the order.

・The expiration date for absentee slips and redeliveries is 2 days including the delivery date. Due to the nature of the product, it cannot be redelivered after 3 days. In addition, even if you do not receive it, you will be responsible for the product price and shipping fee. Regarding re-arranging to the same delivery address within one month after that, we will accept half the product price and shipping fee only for the same product at the time of ordering or the same price product.
